The Hating game: summary, review

Was I an idiot to not even bother second glancing at this book because I thought it was just another enemies-to-lovers trope?

Yes.

Could I get any dumber to realise there’s a movie on it and watch it before reading the book?

Absolutely, yes.

Do I regret reading the book after watching the movie?

Not. A. Chance.

‘The Hating Game’ - A sweet, simple, and classic tale of office romance that makes the hopeless romantics ‘aw’ over the two best employees at a publishing house as they banter through their way falling in love.

There is family drama, arch-nemesis level hatred, misunderstandings, daunting pasts, and of course there is love.

A light read, with very little cliches, this book starts with a tough fight and ends with a miracle.
